Strips of green construction paper need to be cut for the stems on the flower paper hat, but the petals can be cut from various colors of construction paper. Assemble the flowers to the stems by using the stick of glue and set it aside until dry. When the glue is dry, turn over the green triangle and near the bottom of the green piece glue the black stripe and in the center of this glue in the yellow square, which is the buckle.
